We work meticulously to examine your skin and treat it with whatever it needs -- whether it’s a heavy dose of hydration, beneficial extractions, or the most suitable chemical peel.
SkinVibes was founded by Aesthetician, Lauren McKeough. Lauren is a licensed Aesthetician in New York and Texas and has trained under many top facialists and doctors in the field. Lauren is passionate about ongoing education and has specialized in clearing acne. She is also certified in chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, laser, botox, and lash lifts & tints.
Our approach is simple and straightforward. We strive to cut through the clutter and fluff of traditional facials. Instead, we provide a service that addresses the root causes of skin conditions, as well as effective treatment plans. We take the time to understand each client’s concerns and needs, then create a curated treatment and at-home regimen for them. Our philosophy is to appreciate the imperfections and enhance the natural beauty of one’s skin.

Dr. Gyani received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City before moving to Chicago for medical school. Here, she obtained her Masters in Applied Physiology and received her Medical Degree from Chicago Medical School. She then completed her training at Harlingen-Uthscsa in internal medicine. Dr. Gyani is also the owner of Jovem MedSpa in San Antonio. Her biggest reward is making men and women look and feel confident in their own skin through simple, non invasive procedures.
